An Encounter With A Zambian Client

The protagonist of the story shared this time is one of my Zambian clients named David. First of all, we had many detailed communications with David and learned that what he wanted was a slitting line machine(Coil slitting equipment). In every subsequent communication, we proactively asked questions to gain a deeper understanding of his usage scenarios, special requirements and preferences. According to the customer's requirements, our design team invests a lot of time and energy, repeatedly designing and modifying, striving to create the most suitable solution for the customer. After each revision, we will show the design drawings to the customer in the form of pictures and videos so that he can clearly and accurately understand our design intentions. In the process of customization, we have strict requirements on every detail and strive to make the product perfectly fit the customer's needs. After multiple rounds of design and confirmation, we finally reached an agreement with David and finalized the final product artwork. During the production process, we are also manufacturing and optimizing the production process in strict accordance with the drawings confirmed by the customer to ensure high quality and timely delivery of the product.
